One of the frustrations that led to served was watered-down batch cocktails. It was mojitos, not margaritas, but no matter, the conundrum was the same: how to keep the last drink as crisp and refreshing as the first? A vacuum-insulated pitcher is the answer!
Here is our classic batch margarita recipe. It's quick and easy - our favorite type of recipe - and perfect for National Tequila Day:
2c tequila
1c orange liquer (Triple Sec or Cointreau is our go-to)
1 1/2c freshly squeezed lime (you can also add this immediately before serving)
We recommend mixing all ingredients in the served pitcher and then putting it in the fridge to get it perfectly chilled. Serve over ice or straight.
May we also be so bold as to recommend one of the BEST kitchen gadgets ever? Dreamfarm's fluicer. It's seriously the easiest and most efficient juicer you'll ever own.
And, as design forward as our pitcher may be, we're still pretty old-fashioned, in that we like things in hard copy. So, for any other Luddites or nostalgics out there, you can print out the recipe on the recipe card below.
As always, please drink responsibly. Cheers!
