served® is pleased to provide free shipping within the continental United States via USPS and UPS. Orders to Hawaii and Alaska and international orders are shipped through DHL for a fee that includes freight, taxes and duties. All shipping estimates through DHL are in USD.
In most cases, orders ship within one to three business days. Please allow a minimum of four to eight additional business days for your order to arrive. While we would like to make promises on these shipping timeframes, current delays within the postal system may require extra time.
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a tracking number in your email inbox. We cannot cancel an order after it is placed.
Return Policy
At served, we hope you love the form and function of our products. However, if you want to return an unused product for any reason, please email us at info@shopserved.com to initiate a return within thirty (30) days of placing your order. Similarly, if you have any questions about the performance of your served Insulated Serveware product, please email us. For exchanges, simply return your original order and place a new order for the preferred product.
