For purposes of this giving commitment, “profits” is defined to mean the corporate net revenue for the calendar year, after all expenses, including capital expenditures, are paid. This calculation will be exclusive of rolling product purchases and sales that are not fully closed at the end of a calendar year.
Distributions are generally made within the first quarter of the next calendar year.
